go to full descriptionThis machine is adapted to process log timber. The internal area of the machine is 800mm or 1200 mm, which allows to saw very thick beams without changing the position of the log.
It is a modern machine with a very high capacity, similar to that of a frame saw machine and amounts from 25m3 to 40 m3 per shift (8 hours) The use of an 80-mm wide, stellite band (kerf 2.2 mm) enables precise cutting up to 0.1 mm , and the surface of timber is very smooth with no irregularities. The frequency of sharpening saws while using a barking machine is up to 10 hours. The hydraulics of the TTS sawing machine makes it possible to change the position of a log weighing up to 3 tons easily. The capacity of the machine is up to three times higher than of a traditional band sawing machine, which allows to increase the production and cut costs.
The TTS saw machine is characterized by three essential features: the capacity of a frame saw machine, accurate and high-quality stellite sawing, the kerf of a band sawing machine.
